Some of America’s most valued Zinfandels are produced in this renowned Sonoma County winery. We will explore three examples of site-specific Zin Blends that express the rare climate and soils of these prestigious vineyards of California. In addition, the Inn’s Executive Chef will provide small plates for pairing and comment on creating a menu that is well-matched with the featured wines.
